Job Title: Hunting Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hunting Team Lead to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth in our hunting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the hunting department
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and visual displays
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and develop training plans for sales associates
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
