Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Engineer to join our team at Amtec Contract. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our strong and proven concept, creating substantial shareholder value, and providing engineering support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze reported issues using problem-solving methods to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain application test systems that accurately represent the customer experience, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Read and interpret technical documentation, including electronics schematics, mechanical drawings, and interface control drawings, to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  • Coordinate field trials and testing to validate the effectiveness and performance of pre-production prototypes, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Conduct internal application trials and tests to verify and qualify products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Research and evaluate viable components and subsystems, documenting OEM solutions and publishing application notes and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to improve system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Utilize departmental issue tracking systems to manage workflow, assign issues, and maintain real-time status of reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering team colleagues to quickly resolve issues, satisfy internal and external customers, and drive business growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our organization and the growth of our customers.
