**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Specialist to join our team. As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer networks and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for computer networks and systems, including system installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Provide daily support to users and operation system platforms.
  • Document all IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines, and software licenses and maintenance.
  • Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Manage IT assets and assist in decision-making on acquiring IT assets.
  • Set up all IT requirements, including PCs, copier machines, required software, and applications pertaining to respective departments.
  • Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server, VM server, and Windows SQL cluster fail-over services.
  • Carry out and deliver change requests from the operation team to enhance system security and data process tracking systems.
  • Conduct training related to operation system applications, shop floor management systems, and internal IT management policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Possessed at least 2 years of experience in IT hardware maintenance service on server, network, and storage preventive.
  • Experienced in operation systems and good troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong server and storage hardware configuration knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Be a quick learner in acquiring new system skills and working with new technologies.
