Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants and toddlers
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a sense of belonging and security for all children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • ECT Certification (or equivalent) with documentation from the PDIS system
  • 1 year of experience in childcare (preferably in an infant/toddler setting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
