Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team at Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in toddlers
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning and exploration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • ECT Certification
  • 1 year of teaching or childcare experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
