We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics and Statistics Affiliate Instructor to join our team at Metropolitan State University of Denver. As an affiliate faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach General Studies mathematics courses and/or small group learning sessions that accompany General Studies mathematics courses.
Responsibilities- Teach 1-9 hours of in-person or hybrid General Studies mathematics courses and/or in-person small group learning sessions that accompany General Studies mathematics courses.
- Work and interact with diverse groups of students and/or coordinate with faculty teaching lecture sections aligned with learning sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, mathematics education, or a closely related field.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, mathematics education, or a closely related field and proficiency in teaching with technology.
