Job Summary

Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
  • Investigate and report incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Monitor and analyze safety metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in safety, preferably in the construction industry
  • OSHA 510 certification and OSHA 30 certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
