Landscape Foreman

Heritage and Company, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman to join our team as a Union Landscape Laborer and Foreman. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be an eager learner, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of landscape laborers and foremen
• Previous landscape construction experience is required
• Completed M.U.S.T Safety modules are not required to apply, but will be required upon hire
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must have clean criminal record and clean driver record
• Must have legal documentation for employment eligibility
• Must be able to pass a drug screen upon request
• Must be in physical condition to handle a full range of work activities, as well as lift 50lbs without assistance
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job-sites

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Requirements:

• Landscape Foreman: 3 years (Required)

• Base rate: $20.44/hour
• Vacation: $2.30
