Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for semiconductor products used in automotive applications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and regulations, such as ISO9001, IATF 16949.
  • Analyze data and conduct statistical analysis to identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions specific to automotive quality requirements.
  • Train employees on automotive quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in the design and development of new semiconductor products for automotive applications, ensuring that quality requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with automotive industry standards and regulations related to semiconductor quality management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Quality Management, or a similar Science field.
  • 2+ years' professional experience in a quality management role.
  • Experience with database management systems, electronic document management systems, and statistical analysis software.
  • Familiarity with ISO/ IATF compliant QMS and tools like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
