Position Overview:
The incumbent will oversee project management duties for all current, planned, and future ICD-705 facilities within the Marine Corps, as outlined in the recent MROC decision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership for the ICD-705 Expansion Task Force.
- Plan, organize, and supervise projects from initiation to accreditation, ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Coordinate all programs and projects essential for achieving ICD-705 accreditation successfully.
- Design and execute organizational assessments to develop and integrate future classified warfighting capabilities across the DOTMLPF-P framework, supporting long-term Force Design objectives.

Communication and Reporting:
- Implement a schedule for staffing and coordination activities to update senior leadership on Task Force outcomes at least quarterly.
- Identify training and manpower needs for facility security and maintenance personnel to uphold accreditation throughout the facility lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and suitable for federal employment.
- Participation in the direct deposit pay program is required.
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance prior to starting the role.

Mandatory Technical Qualifications:
Applicants must demonstrate expertise in the following areas:
- Accreditation processes for secured facilities in accordance with ODNI and OUSD I&S policies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of facility management and special security policies.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps civilian and military manpower policies.
- Proficient writing skills for developing position papers and materials for diverse audiences.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, organized written materials.

Additional Information:
This position is critical for the expansion of ICD-705 compliant facilities, a priority for the Commandant of the Marine Corps. The selected candidate will act as a lead system integrator, ensuring effective execution of ICD-705 solutions through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:
This role may require travel to various locations, including remote sites, and candidates must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
