We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Facilities Maintenance Specialist with a proven track record in luxury residential environments. As a recognized leader in the Residential Services sector, our operations span various locations throughout New Jersey.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Compensation: $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Executing manual repairs as required.
- Maintaining electrical systems effectively.
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks.
- Completing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in lock repairs, window replacements, and cork window installations.
- Experience in landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in boiler systems and HVAC operations.
- Familiarity with basic carpentry, roofing, and painting techniques.
