Employ Partners, Inc. is in search of a Loan Processing Operations Associate for our client, a reputable community bank in Covington, GA. This organization is known for its strong employee retention and a unique workplace culture that sets it apart from traditional banks. In this role, you will perform various clerical and technical tasks vital to loan processing, ensuring precision and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process loan payments: accurately post online and received payments to loan accounts.
  • Book loans: ensure all consumer non-real estate loans are correctly entered into the system.
  • Generate reports: assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Provide customer support: quote loan payoffs and relay requests to lenders.
  • Conduct research: resolve loan account inquiries and issues.
  • Support audits: gather necessary information for auditors.
  • Assist in loan operations: offer support to other branches and help with non-accrual, charge-off, and repossession processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in loan operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of balancing General Ledgers, as well as non-accrual, charge-off, and participation processing.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
