Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a top-notch installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential settings.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential settings
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete installations and repairs
  • Follow blueprints and technical instructions to ensure accurate installations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
  • Solid communication and verbal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Experience installing boilers, geothermal, and ductless systems
  • Ability to make sheet metal and perform low-voltage wiring
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $35.00/hr - $55.00/hr, plus SPIFFs and bonuses, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health allowance, dental coverage, 401K with company match, and more.
