About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Employment Navigator to join our team at Veterans Bridge Home. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting military members, veterans, and their families in achieving employment success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the employment challenges faced by service members and veterans. You will work closely with our team to provide employment preparation support and guidance, case management, and tactical guidance to align job-seeking veterans with employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employment case management for military members, veterans, and their families.
  • Provide guidance and support to align job-seeking veterans with employment opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within VBH, working with all team members to support employment-related outcomes and expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with non-profit employment provider partners.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Military Veteran or Spouse with first-hand experience in military transition.
  • Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong desire and passion to assist military members, veterans, and their families.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on education and experience. Benefits include healthcare stipend, 401K match, and paid time off.
