Role Overview:
The Retail Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by fostering an exceptional shopping atmosphere. This position is centered around a genuine eagerness to assist, comprehensive product knowledge, and maintaining high standards of brand execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with all customers and team members, proactively identifying their needs to enhance their shopping journey.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service at the front end, bridging communication between customers and management.
- Provide register support as necessary, ensuring that customer service excellence is upheld through assisting cashiers with complex transactions.

- Collaborate with management on scheduling, directing workflow, and assigning daily tasks to associates while monitoring presentation standards in the department.
- Adhere to merchandising and presentation guidelines, including floor sets, signage, pricing updates, and inventory management.

- Facilitate training for new and existing team members on company initiatives, such as customer loyalty programs and warranty sales.
- Follow established safety and loss prevention policies while maintaining confidentiality of company information.

- Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcomed, safe, and respected.
- Embrace a team-oriented approach to support various store functions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and perform repetitive motions for shorter durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
