We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary

As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patient medical conditions, developing plans of care, and prescribing medication and treatment under the supervision of a collaborating physician. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate patient medical conditions and develop personalized plans of care
- Prescribe medication and treatment under physician supervision
- Complete history and physical examinations to assess patient health
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and records

Requirements

- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current DEA license (if applicable)
- Current nursing license in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Master's degree with minimum one year NP experience
