Nurse Care Specialist

**Job Title:** Pediatric Skilled Nurse
**Location:** Harlan, IA 51593
**Salary:** $23.00 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Skilled Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in the home setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians-prescribed plans of care and document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Perform patient assessments, coordinate care, and promote health education to family members
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
