Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Aviation Engineering Program Manager to lead our team of engineers and technicians in designing and implementing aircraft modifications and completions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aerospace engineering, project management, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience.
- 8 to 10 years industry-related, aerospace maintenance, modification, engineering and/or certification experience.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
