We are currently in search of a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support various aspects of our marketing initiatives and pursuit processes.

This position entails crafting, refining, designing, and assembling pursuit documents, conducting research, creating presentations, developing marketing strategies, and submitting award nominations.

Moreover, the Marketing Coordinator will spearhead marketing initiatives that align with departmental objectives, including campaign creation, messaging, content development, external communications, graphic design, and the production of marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the marketing lead for deliverables related to pursuit responses, encompassing content creation, design, and production for proposals and interviews.
  • Design a variety of marketing materials (such as signage, stickers, flyers, and postcards) utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing communication and increasing market awareness through events, trade shows, blogs, e-communications, social media, and more.
  • Provide clear and concise written and verbal guidance from Business Development and project teams regarding action items and follow up on their progress.
  • Create and produce materials in support of ongoing strategic marketing campaigns, trade press articles, website content, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on pursuits, clients, developments, and competitors.
  • Organize, draft, and submit award nominations.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish best practices and processes, including industry-specific language.
  • Work closely with executives, engineers, construction managers, and others to obtain information for various writing assignments.
  • Plan and coordinate industry-related client, community, and project events.
  • Assist in organizing market-specific forums and spotlights.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, or executive support is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Prior experience with proposals and marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
