Armenian Speaking Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Armenian speaking Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fast-paced and innovative medical environment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of pharmaceutical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate translation services between patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clear and concise communication.
- Utilize your expertise in IV compounding to prepare personalized medication regimens for patients.
- Work closely with pharmacists to review and interpret physician orders, ensuring they are accurately filled and dispensed.
- Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and answer any medication-related queries in Armenian.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
- Ensure the pharmacy's compliance with all local and national regulations, maintaining accurate records as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise optimal treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must possess a Pharmacy Technician Certification and be in good standing.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a specific focus on IV compounding is preferred.
- Fluent in Armenian, with excellent communication skills in both Armenian and English.
- Proven ability to translate complex medical information clearly and accurately.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Must be a proactive problem-solver, capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems and related software.
