About the Role

In this role, you will set up and operate centerless grinders, ensuring high-quality results and meeting production deadlines. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be essential in maintaining accuracy and precision throughout the grinding process.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate centerless grinders to grind various metal workpieces
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Centerless Grinder Operator or related role
  • Familiarity with Cinco15 or Cincinnati machinery
  • Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in grinding operations
  • Able to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
What We Offer

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on your experience. Our flexible scheduling allows for Monday to Friday and weekend shifts as needed, with opportunities for overtime.
