Job Description

As a Procurement and Sourcing Senior Consultant at Infosys BPM, you will play a crucial role in uncovering and applying the latest insights to drive business growth and improvement. You will work closely with clients across all levels of seniority to provide leading advisory services and navigate the exciting stepping-stone to leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies to drive cost reduction, improve process efficiencies, and enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Provide training and support to clients on procurement and sourcing best practices and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that clients receive the latest insights and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the job description.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be based out of our Chicago, IL office.
  • Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of your time.
  • Superior performance in relevant undergraduate studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.).
  • 3+ years of prior corporate experience, ideally within professional services and exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations or strategy.
