About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our customer needs. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software findings and defects, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Gather and refine project requirements from project managers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior developers, offering technical guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of development methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
  • Expertise in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in Agile software development environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly desired.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM suite of applications.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and understanding its modules and workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, Integration Hub).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing.
  • Customization skills in configuring ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
