Job Title: Business Fiber Internet RepresentativeJob Summary:

As a Business Fiber Internet Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling fiber optic solutions to residential and business customers. You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential customers in various industries that can benefit from fiber optic solutions.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  2. Consultative Selling:
    • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect or client.
    • Recommend customized fiber optic solutions that align with their business objectives.
    • Clearly communicate the technical benefits and advantages of fiber optic technology.
  3. Sales Presentations:
    • Create compelling and informative presentations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
    • Articulate the value proposition of your offerings, emphasizing cost savings, reliability, and performance.
  4. Proposal and Contract Development:
    • Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
  5. Relationship Building:
    • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Market Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in fiber optics.
    • Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  7. Sales Targets and Reporting:
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
    • Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
  8. Technical Knowledge:
    • Stay current with fiber optic technology advancements and applications.
    • Be able to answer technical questions and provide solutions to technical challenges.
  9. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with colleagues in technical support, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber optics industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Driving License.
  • Transportation ability, sometimes travel up to 5 hours is needed.
  • Good working phone or iPad with cellular ability.
