As a Registered Nurse in Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately assess patients and identify their needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
