Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Institute of Asset Management Diploma or Certificate.
  • Chartered status in a relevant institution or actively pursuing chartership.

Skills and Experience:
This role demands adaptability across diverse projects, catering to varying client needs and sectors. You should demonstrate:
  • Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure asset management, particularly within the water, gas, or electricity sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to achieve defined objectives.
  • Expertise in asset strategy, regulatory business planning, and asset planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK regulated utilities landscape.
  • A solid understanding of the challenges faced by UK infrastructure clients.
  • Proficiency in ISO55001 principles, with a commitment to achieving a Diploma in Asset Management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving for clients.
  • Strong capabilities in producing high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Experience in effectively engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • An understanding of how your contributions align with corporate objectives.
  • Capability to apply asset management principles across different industries.
