Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare quality food products by following recipes, using proper food handling and sanitation procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, and surfaces, and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties, and take initiative to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
