Position Summary:
This role is essential in supporting the operations and activities at Lil' Kickers of Manassas. Responsibilities include overseeing the facility operations, which encompass all departments such as front desk management, reservations, payments, sports programming, and facility rentals. The position also involves setting up and dismantling rentals, acting as the primary customer service representative, addressing custodial needs, assisting with class preparations, maintaining communication with management, and enforcing facility policies and procedures. This is a part-time position primarily during weekends and evenings, with potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit professional communication skills during phone interactions and email correspondence
  • Assist in the sales of programs and customer memberships
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide information regarding their program interests
  • Utilize our Point of Sale and scheduling systems effectively
  • Maintain general facility cleanliness and perform minor maintenance tasks
  • Ensure proper handling of food and beverages, including product knowledge and accurate transactions
  • Oversee the appearance of the café by managing inventory and presentation
  • Conduct cash handling and process credit/debit transactions accurately

Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
