As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in our growing Neonatal Follow Up Program, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical support services for pediatric medical programs across our network.

About the Role

  • Provide primary care and neurodevelopmental care to pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns, including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions.
  • Collaborate with primary care practices and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, leveraging your expertise in neonatal care and patient education.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, with a master's or doctoral degree preferred.
  • Training and/or experience in diagnosing and managing pediatric patients with complex medical needs.
  • Licensed in the state of Washington as an ARNP by the time of employment.
  • Board certified by the time of employment.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Pay and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
