Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Unlicensed Dental Assistant to join our team at Clear Lakes Dental in Robbinsdale, MN. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers in delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers with hand instruments and materials, ensuring patients' mouths are dry and clear.
  • Help sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare trays for dental procedures, and instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
  • Assist with note taking and updating patient dental records.
  • Provide culturally competent care to diverse patients.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and engaging personality.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Desire to learn about dentistry and dental assisting.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Committed to building relationships with patients.
