Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ascension Providence Hospital. As a member of our critical care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing (GN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
