Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Position

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the intensive care unit. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans and outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
- Certification from an accredited board as an APRN for the patient population of focus (ACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, NNP-BC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
