Role Overview
We are in search of a driven and talented individual to enhance our analytics product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills combined with an analytical mindset and a keen interest in global energy markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft, edit, and disseminate insightful commentaries and comprehensive research reports based on in-depth analyses conducted by Rystad Energy analysts.
  • Focus primarily on commentaries and reports pertaining to the North American energy sector.
  • Engage in the analysis of Rystad Energy data to establish a solid factual foundation for reports and commentaries.
  • Support editorial functions to ensure consistent, accurate, and professional communication that aligns with Rystad Energy's brand values across all analytics products.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure timely production and publication of analytics offerings.
  • Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Rystad Energy's client portal, where all analytics products are published and archived.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in editing and writing within media or industry.
  • Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to authoritatively discuss market trends, finance, and technology.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of the energy sector, encompassing oil, gas, renewables, and power.
  • A collaborative spirit suited for a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • A talent for simplifying complex market and industry concepts for a sophisticated audience.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented, global, and multicultural setting.
