Job Summary:

We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN ICU Specialist to work in our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The Travel Nurse RN ICU Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

The Travel Nurse RN ICU Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of experience in critical care nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
