Job Description

This position is responsible for providing patient care in accordance with State licensing regulations, departmental standards, and policies, as well as accepted professional standards of care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with orthopedic impairments and conditions, including non-operative and post-operative management of the spine, upper extremities, and lower extremities.

  • Examine and evaluate patient's physical therapy needs
  • Develop treatment plans with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function
  • Consult with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordination and effectiveness of therapies provided

The successful candidate will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, they will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • An unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with patients with orthopedic impairments and conditions

Candidates should also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
