Job Overview

Farmers Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve sales and customer service processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
