Our spa stands out in the market by focusing on delivering top-notch services in a distinctive atmosphere that aims to REFRESH and RENEW our guests. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and if a service does not meet our high standards, it is complimentary.
Your Role:
As a nail technician, you will be an integral part of our team, providing outstanding nail services in a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a relaxing and revitalizing experience through professional nail services, including gel manicures.
- Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with spa protocols.
- Educating clients on products and services, tailoring recommendations to meet their individual needs.
- Providing guests with a personalized home care regimen following each treatment.
- Building and nurturing client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Meeting established revenue and guest retention targets for the nail department.
- Promoting spa treatments, retail products, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations.
- Assisting in various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A valid state nail technician license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred.
- A willingness to learn about our specific nail treatments and products, along with a commitment to ongoing education.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Confidence in promoting and upselling products and services.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the spa.
- A passion for experiencing spa treatments to better understand their benefits.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods and the stamina to perform multiple treatments throughout the day.
Employment Type:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends.
Compensation:
Our unique compensation structure includes a guaranteed minimum hourly wage and/or a pay-per-service program, allowing you to maximize your earning potential based on your performance. Full-time technicians can earn between $35,000 and $50,000, depending on individual performance.
