Job Overview & Requirements:
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of turbine engines and aircraft systems.

This includes various tasks such as parts replacement or repair, electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance, inspection of aircraft or systems, and general mechanical applications.

Responsibilities will include processing work orders and maintaining log book entries. Daily tasks will vary and will include projects assigned by the Supervisor, requiring the ability to work independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attendance.
Conduct general mechanical functions on aircraft and associated systems.

This encompasses, but is not limited to, the removal and installation of panels and components, repair work, and sheet metal repair or installation.

Troubleshoot and assess systems on the aircraft as designated.
Inspect and evaluate the aircraft and its components when assigned.
Facilitate aircraft movement, performance runs, and taxiing as necessary.
Maintain and repair the shop facility, equipment, and tooling to support operations.
Work independently on assigned projects. Adherence to schedule and quality of work is crucial in these functions.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Airframe and Powerplant License required.
Preferred: Aircraft-specific factory training.
Experience: Minimum of Airframe and Powerplant license.
Prior experience in aircraft maintenance (e.g., Falcon, Embraer, Challenger, Global, Bombardier, Citation, Textron, Piaggio).
Familiarity with FAA paperwork and work orders is preferred.
Initiative: Self-motivated and capable of maintaining a fast pace.
Able to process work with minimal supervision.
Ability to lead and motivate other team members.
Responsibility: Must execute all work in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
Adhere to all company and safety protocols during job performance.
Maintain a customer-oriented work ethic.
Complete work orders and FAA documentation.
