Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • An active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where you'll practice
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
