- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting, with a focus on infusion therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software systems.
- Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
