Key Responsibilities
  • Administer antibiotics and biologics to patients, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring for adverse reactions.

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on medication management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in New York State.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting, with a focus on infusion therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software systems.
  • Fluency in a second language, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
