- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
- No experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
