Role Summary

The Radiologic Technologist position offers a remarkable opportunity to be part of the MultiCare Off-Campus Emergency Department team. In this capacity, you will conduct general radiology imaging procedures that necessitate independent judgment, creativity, and initiative. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will ensure the delivery of comprehensive and compassionate imaging services to MultiCare patients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct general radiography imaging procedures under the guidance of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while providing patient care and related non-professional services to meet the personal needs and comfort of patients and their families.
  • Identify and communicate patient needs to foster a safe and comfortable care environment.

Qualifications

  • Certification from the State of Washington Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) (CT) upon hire or within six months of employment in this role.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
