Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN to oversee the daily operations of our group home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents. As a Nursing Supported Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the physical plant, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the group home, ensuring compliance with Hacienda HealthCare policies and regulations.
  • Manage client files, including preparing for and attending ISP meetings, and conducting weekly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all applicable regulations and standards are adhered to at all times, including reporting and processing incident reports.
  • Supervise and train group home staff, ensuring they maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the group home budget, including grocery shopping, client funds, and petty cash.
  • Perform duties following safety standards, including the use of PPEs.
Requirements
  • 1 year of management experience, preferably in residential group home settings.
  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Flexible hours and reliable transportation to work at any location.
  • Ability to pass and maintain Article 9 and Prevention and Support within 90 days of hire.
  • Qualify for company insurance and driver's training.
