Clinical Nurse Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical services to patients in various settings in the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg care and be able to work independently as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care within the organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice. This includes thorough and timely electronic documentation, interdisciplinary communications, and case management responsibilities in accordance with MGB Healthcare at Home policies and standards of practice.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in nursing, a current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse, and a minimum of one year of previous nursing experience in an acute care setting. Prior home care experience is preferred. The ability to work with various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, clinical services to patients in various settings in the community
- Deliver patient care within organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice

Requirements:
