Aerospace Component Painter

We are seeking an experienced Painter/Powder Coater to join our innovative aerospace warehouse team in Medford. As an Aerospace Component Painter, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of military aircraft by applying your expertise to ensure our components meet the highest industry standards for quality and safety.

• Prepare aerospace components by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring surfaces are primed for painting or powder coating.
• Apply paints and powder coatings using spray guns and electrostatic equipment, following all safety protocols to ensure a flawless finish.
• Inspect finished products for uniformity and quality, performing touch-ups as needed to meet specifications and maintain high standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot painting and powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations to promote a safe working environment.
• Accurately record materials used, production runs, and inspection results as part of our quality assurance processes.

• 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• NADCAP certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
