Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Powder Coater to join our team in Medford. As an Aerospace Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing aerospace components by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring surfaces are primed for painting or powder coating, adhering to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Prepare aerospace components by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring surfaces are primed for painting or powder coating, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Coating Application: Apply paints and powder coatings using spray guns and electrostatic equipment, following all safety protocols to ensure a flawless finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for uniformity and quality. Perform touch-ups as needed to meet specifications and maintain high standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and troubleshoot painting and powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow all safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations to promote a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Accurately record materials used, production runs, and inspection results as part of our quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in aerospace powder coating
• NADCAP certification
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
