Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Workplace Wellness Coordinator to join our team at McLaughlin Young Employee Services. As an EAP Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating formal management referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop plans to address client needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providers, and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Masters or doctoral degree in a mental health field
  • At least 3 years of post-masters experience in a mental health setting
  • Clinical licensure in North Carolina (associate-level considered)

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
