Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care, prioritizing patient safety and comfort
  • Conduct thorough assessments and coordinate care to meet individual needs
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies, adhering to established protocols
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided using our electronic system
  • Educate family members on health promotion, teaching, and training to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Hold an active, unencumbered RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Certification in CPR from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable transportation for travel to patient locations
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $65,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience
