The Patient Service Representative plays a critical role in supporting the success of our US Derm Support Roles clinic by providing top-notch patient care and administrative support. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing opening and closing clinic duties, greeting patients, checking them in for appointments, and verifying insurance. You will also maintain tidiness of the waiting area and reception counter, check schedules for added, canceled, and no-show appointments, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 per year, which includes access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a Health Savings Account with a $500 matching contribution, and eligibility for PTO and Holiday pay. Our team members also receive company-paid life insurance and long-term disability (full-time only), as well as access to voluntary short-term disability insurance and additional life insurance options.
