Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and distribute packages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects and verify packages according to order and invoices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Determine the best method of packing products to ensure adequate protection during transit
  • Load and unload trailers and pallets efficiently and safely
  • Assist the Government Property Point of Contact (POC) as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Prior warehouse, shipping, and/or distribution experience
  • Data entry experience required
  • Outstanding judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills
  • Ability to work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results
  • Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment
